Head of Consultancy
Mo has over 20 years’ experience managing finance systems projects and leading technical delivery teams. He has a very broad systems background having managed finance systems support and governance teams covering a myriad of finance applications. Prior to management roles Mo established himself as a highly capable systems analyst and developer, and an exceptional talent with regards to finance data analysis and migration.

Justin Thomas
Associate Consultant
Justin started his Cognos journey at Adaytum. He has over 15 years’ experience of technical architecture for IBM Analytics products including the installation, migration and upgrade of IBM Cognos Analytics, Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics and the legacy IBM Cognos Planning suite. Justin is also able to carry out IBM License Management tool installation for the monitoring of PVU based licenses within Planning Analytics.

Gabriel Taylor
Associate Consultant
Over the past 20 years Gabriel has worked across a range of different industries, but predominantly in banking (10 years +), during which he has developed strong business skills, a methodical and reasoned approach to problem solving using Financial Planning Solutions such as IBM Planning Analytics, IBM Cognos Controller and Cognos connections. Gabriel also has strong knowledge of various systems used in Markets & International Banking such as Walker, Hyperion, Khalix and INEA (BOP), as well as having knowledge on establishing user requirements through to design and testing, implementation and production support (full SDLC).
